What payment options are available?
There are numerous ways to pay for our services. These include...
Direct Debit - Reserved for customers that are serviced on a regular basis (no more than 8 weeks between each clean), Direct Debit is by far the most convenient method of payment. Payment will only be taken once your service has been completed and not necessarily at the same time each payment period. You can sign up for Direct Debit payment
Online Payment - You may pay for our services online using a Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit/debit card. Online payment can be made
Cash - If you are present during your service, you may pay cash directly to the cleaner. A receipt may be sent via email or SMS at your request.
Credit/Debit Card - If you are present during your service, you may pay using a Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit/debit card. We also accept contactless cards and Apple Pay. A receipt may be sent via email or SMS at your request.
BACS - You may pay for our services via BACS. Please use your address or business name as the reference, failure to do so may result in your outstanding balance not being cleared. Account details can be found below.

Invoice - Reserved for commercial customers only. You may request to be invoiced for our services. Invoices are sent via email once your service has been completed. Payment instructions and payment terms can be found on the invoice.
Is payment secure?
Yes! All of our payment options including online payment, Direct Debit, credit/debit card and BACS are all 100% secure. We only use industry leading payment facilitators to take payment from our customers including Square and GoCardless.
How does Direct Debit payment work?
Direct Debit payment is the most convenient payment method for customers that are serviced on a regular basis (no more than 8 weeks between each clean).

Once your service has been completed, you will receive an email to let you know that payment will be taken soon. Payment will normally be taken 2-3 days from receipt of the email.
Payment will be taken only when your service has been completed, this may not be on the same day each time.
Direct Debit payments are processed by GoCardless on behalf of MLS Cleaning Services and are subject to The Direct Debit Guarantee which can be found on the sign up page.
There has been an emergency and I can't pay my bill, what can I do?
We understand that emergencies happen and circumstances change.
If for any reason you are unable to pay your bill, please contact us here to let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to work with you on a case by case basis to come to a resolution. If required, you may suspend or cancel your future services with us.
If contact is made following failed payment by customers that are serviced on a regular basis (no more than 8 weeks between each clean), your outstanding balance will be rolled over to your next bill. If you fail to make payment or contact us after 3 scheduled services, your services will be suspended until the full balance on your account has been paid off.
What services do you offer?
MLS Cleaning Services specialises in window cleaning, gutter cleaning and solar panel cleaning, for both residential and commercial customers.

How much do your services cost?
It is impossible to give a price for any of our services without an address. You can request a free quotation here. We offer competitive prices and a superior service.
Can I opt to have my windows cleaned using 'traditional' methods?
No. We pride ourselves on using the latest technologies and equipment to get the best results possible while keeping our cleaners safe at all times. While some windows require traditional methods (due to them being old, etc.), this will be determined on your first clean. The vast majority of jobs will be completed using our state of the art water fed pole systems.
Can I request a service that you don't currently offer?
While we may not be able to offer the service you require straight away, you can let us know you are interested by contacting us here. We are always looking to provide the services that our customers want the most.
Are you insured?
MLS Cleaning Services has full public liability insurance. This protects ourselves, our customers and the public if something were to go wrong. We have been operating since 1992 and haven't had an incident yet.
Do you operate when the weather is bad?
While a little rain won't stop us, more severe weather spells can force us to cease operations until it has cleared up. This sometimes can result in a small delay to some of our customers that have their services scheduled on a regular basis but we work hard to minimise this as much as possible.
For the safety of our cleaners, it is not possible to service high office/apartment buildings during high winds. The risk of injury to our cleaners and the public, as well as damage to our equipment and the building is too high when winds are too fast.
I need your services for my business, can you help me?
Of course! We cater to business customers big and small. Whether its a small shop or a large office building, a sole trader or a large corporation, we always provide outstanding results.
Commercial customers also benefit from being eligible for invoice payment. Simply request this when you book.
Where do you operate?
We currently offer our services in Plymouth and the surrounding areas, including Torpoint, Saltash and Ivybridge.
In some circumstances, we can travel further for our customers, this will be reflected in the quotation you receive.
